Account availability is subject to eligibility, compliance review, the applicable provider's terms, and account-specific documentation.

HEVN is a financial technology company, not a bank or an FDIC-insured depository institution. Where applicable, banking services are provided through regulated payment service providers and their banking partners. The applicable banking provider is disclosed during onboarding and in account-specific terms. HEVN does not hold customer deposits or provide banking services under its own licenses.

Depending on the product, account structure, and user eligibility, funds may be held as fiat deposits with the applicable banking provider or converted into digital assets held in a self-custodial wallet. The applicable arrangement is disclosed during onboarding and in the account-specific terms.

HEVN provides software infrastructure and self-custodial wallet technology. HEVN does not hold wallet private keys and does not have unilateral authority to initiate, authorize, or execute transactions involving digital assets held in a user's self-custodial wallet.

Deposit insurance may apply only to eligible fiat deposits, depending on the applicable banking provider, account structure, limits, and coverage conditions disclosed before account opening. Deposit insurance does not protect against the failure of HEVN or any non-bank service provider or against losses involving digital assets.

Digital assets are not bank deposits or legal tender, are not insured by the FDIC, SIPC, or any other government agency, and may lose value. Digital-asset transactions may be irreversible. HEVN does not guarantee the value, redemption, or reserve sufficiency of any digital asset and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
