Payments for US Companies

A US company may already have domestic banking but still need EUR collections, international supplier payments, and stablecoin settlement. This guide covers the available rails, account setup, onboarding documents, and the federal stablecoin framework.

Domestic and international payment routes for US companies

An approved US company can use HEVN to collect and send USD through ACH or Fedwire, receive EUR, and pay international suppliers through SWIFT or SEPA. Invoices, transaction records, and supporting documents stay together for reconciliation and review.

For most customer and supplier payments, fiat transfers provide the clearest transaction record. Supported rails can include ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, and local bank transfers in other currencies.

Supported payment rails

ACH and Fedwire support both pay-in and payout with account details in the company's name. USD SWIFT is also sent and received through a company-named account.

Documents to prepare

For onboarding, a US company should prepare:

  • Articles or a Certificate of Incorporation from the relevant state registry
  • an EIN Confirmation Letter from the IRS
  • a lease, utility bill, or business bank statement dated within the past 90 days as proof of address
  • a Board Resolution, Unanimous Written Consent, or Power of Attorney authorizing the application

HEVN may also request identity documents for directors and beneficial owners, an ownership chart, contracts and invoices, expected counterparties, and evidence of source of funds.

Stablecoins and regulation in the US

The GENIUS Act, Public Law 119-27, approved on July 18, 2025, establishes a federal framework for payment stablecoins and permitted issuers. It regulates issuance and related payment activity, but it does not make every token insured, legal tender, or suitable for every business.

US companies may use supported stablecoins through approved providers, subject to the token, issuer, state and federal requirements, and HEVN compliance review. For ordinary customer and supplier payments, ACH, Fedwire, and other fiat transfers are usually simpler and create a clearer accounting trail.

Benefits of an additional Fiat Account

  • Separate customer collections, supplier payments, or business units with account details in the company's name.
  • Receive and send USD through ACH or Fedwire.
  • Connect domestic USD activity with EUR, SEPA, and international SWIFT payments.
  • Keep invoices, payment records, confirmations, exports, roles, and approvals in one workspace.
  • Use supported stablecoin settlement alongside day-to-day fiat payments.
