Refund Policy

How refunds work for HEVN software subscriptions, including eligibility, requests, and processing.

1. Overview

We want customers to feel confident when choosing our software. If you are not satisfied with your first subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may approve a full or partial refund when:

  • the request is submitted within 14 days of the first subscription payment;
  • you were unable to access the product due to a verified technical issue that we could not resolve;
  • the product was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will prevent future billing. Unless otherwise required by law, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] and include:

  • account email;
  • transaction date and amount;
  • reason for the refund request;
  • any relevant screenshots or error details, if the request is related to a technical issue.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or checkout provider.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can review and resolve it quickly. A chargeback or payment dispute may temporarily suspend access to the product while the matter is being reviewed.

6. Abuse

We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, repeated refund requests, or misuse of the service.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
