Accept Stablecoin Payments and Settle Fiat to Company Account Details

A stablecoin payment becomes useful to finance when it can be tied to a customer, matched to an invoice, converted at a known cost, and withdrawn through a bank route belonging to the same company.

A wallet address alone is not an accounts receivable process. The company still needs to know who paid, which invoice the payment covers, what asset and network were used, and where the fiat will go.

HEVN connects the stablecoin payment with company account details and transaction records.

The business flow

  1. The company completes KYB and receives an approved HEVN setup.
  2. The customer receives supported wallet instructions and an invoice reference.
  3. The customer sends an approved stablecoin on the correct network.
  4. The company matches the transaction to the customer and invoice.
  5. The company converts and withdraws fiat through available account details issued in its name.

This differs from receiving money into an unrelated exchange or personal account and forwarding it to the company.

First-party withdrawal

For a first-party payment, the sending and receiving accounts belong to the same verified company.

April Corp Ltd may convert USDC in HEVN and withdraw USD to account details opened for April Corp Ltd. The entity name remains consistent through the withdrawal route.

That consistency makes ownership clear to the regulated provider. It does not remove compliance checks. The bank or EMI may ask about the original customer, source of funds, invoice, or purpose.

Confirm before accepting stablecoins

  • accepted assets, such as USDC, USDT, or EURC
  • accepted blockchain network
  • minimum and maximum amount
  • who pays network fees
  • exchange-rate source and conversion fee
  • required invoice reference
  • permitted payer type
  • destination currency and bank route

Sending a supported token on the wrong network can require manual recovery or cause a loss.

Circle describes stablecoin products as connecting pay-ins with fiat off-ramps. Its managed payments overview is useful background, though every provider uses a different wallet and settlement model.

Example: customer pays USDC, supplier needs EUR

April Corp Ltd invoices a corporate customer for USD 120,000 and accepts USDC. The customer sends from its verified business wallet on the agreed network. April Corp records the payment against the invoice.

April Corp converts the required amount to EUR and pays a European supplier through an approved SEPA route. The customer receipt and supplier payment are separate transactions, each with its own counterparty, records, fees, and review.

Keep the customer invoice and contract, transaction hash, payer information, conversion record, supplier invoice, and SEPA confirmation.

When a third party is involved

A payment is third-party when the sender or beneficiary is not the HEVN customer. Funds may arrive from an omnibus account owned by an exchange rather than the customer on the invoice. A company may also request fiat payment to an unrelated beneficiary.

These routes need a clearer explanation and may not always be supported. Before using an exchange, confirm whether its records identify the underlying company.

Prepare for a large conversion

Share the invoice, signed contract, customer name and country, expected asset, network, amount and date, wallet evidence, source-of-funds records when requested, destination account, and commercial purpose.

Advance notice gives HEVN and the partner time to confirm the route.

HEVN provides supported stablecoin balances, conversion, company account details, and records. Stablecoin balances use non-custodial wallet infrastructure. Fiat services come from regulated banking and EMI partners. HEVN is not a bank, custodian, or a way to bypass KYB.

How to set up the flow in HEVN

  1. Open Accounts and select Open account.
  2. Choose the required stablecoin and blockchain network.
  3. Add the fiat account needed for withdrawal, such as USD ACH or EUR SEPA.
  4. Complete KYB and the partner review for both routes.
  5. Use the approved wallet instructions on customer invoices.
  6. Match incoming payments, convert the balance, and withdraw through the company-named account details.

Prepare customer invoices, signed contracts, expected asset and network, payer details, source-of-funds evidence for large amounts, and confirmation of the destination account details.
