Tax Certificate

Proof of Address
- Lease AgreementRequest the signed copy from your landlord

- Bank StatementDownload from your business banking portal
Utility bills and bank statements must be no more than 90 days old.
Authorization to Act

- Power of AttorneyRequest from your lawyer or company records
Owners and representatives
- Identify every person who owns 25% or more of the company.
- Add at least one controlling person and one legal representative.
- Each owner and representative needs proof of address.
- We’ll verify government-issued ID and complete a liveness check during onboarding.
Proof of funds
- Provide recent business bank statements showing available funds.
- Add audited financial statements or current management accounts.
- Include contracts, invoices, or investment documents supporting the funds.
- Additional evidence may be requested during compliance review.
